~ More Surprises.. ~

Yay! I get to go to another concert! Yes, I get to go to one in Memphis, TN now! How, did this all come about? Well, my husband said that he wanted to go and eat at Jack In The Box since there are none in Indiana, where we live. He is from Vegas and apparently that is all he ate when he lived there.

So, there are NO Jack in the Boxes in Ohio. So, Jack saved me. He wanted to go to Chicago, but I explained to him that would be stupid to back track all that ways. So we should just go to Memphis. Makes a good deal to me. So, I got tickets for the AFI show in Memphis, TN.

And I get to have a meet and greet there as well. Yay! So, it was all good that he wants his Jack in the Box. It is his vacation too, and if I have to let him have his fun going and getting what he wants than so be it. I will have a lot of fun as well.

~ Straight Edge hate On Geraldo ~

My Views on this:

I really do not like this video and this interview. Why does the media only pick up bad things about sXe? I live in Indiana. And the area I live in, I have never heard of it as a gang at all. This was really the 1st time I heard of any hate crimes related to it.

The thing that really makes me angry about this is how sXe is now looked bad upon due to a few stupid teens doing horrid things. The matter of the fact is lets just find something bad that sXe people did. Let us not talk about the gangs that use violence every single day and they are on drugs or some other sort of influence.

That is the media for you. What I would rather see on the media, is something dedicated to people doing good acts of kindness or something in that nature. I think all the media needs to get off the negative thinking bandwagon. I do not partake in watching tv due to this fact. Tv, harms your positive though processes. If you watch enough tv, you will eventually become sad and depressed. And that is the truth!

~ Just waiting for the Tax Check! ~

They have not been filed yet, but I am waiting!!! I have already gotten my tickets and I am waiting! Waiting for what you might ask??? To go to OHIO! Yay! I know, I am a nerd! Get over it! My husband asked me where I wanted to go with the tax checks and I said that I wanted to go to see AFI play live. So, we are going to Columbus and Cincinnati Ohio in February to see AFI and stay at hotels and all that jazz!!

I can not wait. It will be soooo much fun. And for the matter of fact, no kids for a week! I can sleep in late and not worry about kids! Ahhhh. I so can not wait. So, we are going to be doing the tax checks at the beginning of February. And, then off we go to watch the band play!!! Yay! I can not wait! Sounds amazingly fun!

~ The New Year was Rang in... ~

If you wonder what I was doing last night, let me tell you. I was at home watching MTV's New Year show. Yes, it was fun. No, I was not drunk. I know you might not know this about me, but I do not drink, at all. I do not do drugs nor do I smoke. Completely sXe. Yes, yes I am. So, I was sober as can be.

My husband on the other hand was knocked out asleep, because he does not like to stay up. Ugh. So, I did not even have anyone to kiss at midnight. How sad is that? Oh, well. My kids even went to bed early. They wanted to stay up, but they just could not.

So, alone as usual. I myself watched the MTV New Year's! It was great though. AFI played whilst the ball dropped. Here is the video of what you missed:
